Window Cleaning for Custom Homes and Estates in the Coachella Valley

Your windows are one of the first things guests notice, and in the desert they take a beating. Sun, dust, wind and hard-water sprinklers leave glass hazy faster than almost anywhere else. SynthaGlass Restoration keeps the glass in luxury homes across Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Palm Springs clear, streak-free and protected.

We've cared for high-end homes in the Coachella Valley since 2012. Owner David Aceves started cleaning windows here as a teenager, and he still leads the crew today. Every home is treated like our own.

What's included

  • Interior and exterior glass, including second-story, clerestory and hard-to-reach windows

  • Sliders, French doors, pocket doors and glass railings

  • Frames, sills and tracks wiped and detailed, with tracks vacuumed when needed

  • Screens wiped or washed down at no extra charge

  • Skylights, mirrors and glass light fixtures on request

  • A check for hard-water spotting, scratches or failing seals, so you know before it gets worse

How a visit works

  1. Walkthrough and quote. We look at your home, note any problem areas and give you a clear written quote, usually the same day.

  2. Protecting your home. Drop cloths go down, furniture is moved with care, and we work around your schedule or your guests.

  3. Detailed cleaning. Glass, frames, tracks and screens are cleaned using traditional hand methods and a water-fed pole system for high exterior glass. We check every pane in natural light before we call it done.

  4. Final walkthrough. We review the results with you or your property manager before we leave.

Built for desert homes

Coachella Valley water is very hard. When sprinklers hit your windows, minerals bake onto the glass and can permanently etch it if left too long. Regular service catches spotting early. When it's already set in, our hard water stain removal and glass restoration can bring the glass back, and a protective glass coating keeps it cleaner for longer.

Recurring maintenance plans

Most of our clients are on a recurring schedule: monthly, quarterly or seasonal. Many seasonal residents have us clean before they arrive in the fall and after they leave in the spring. We work directly with homeowners, estate managers and property managers, and we can coordinate access when you're out of town.

Areas we serve

Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Palm Springs, including private country club and gated communities.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does window cleaning cost for a large home?

Every home is quoted individually. Price depends on the number and size of windows, access (second-story, clerestory or high glass), how much hard-water buildup there is, and whether screens, tracks and interior glass are included. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling. Quotes are free: call 760.238.0354.

How often should windows be cleaned in the desert?

Most Coachella Valley homes look best with service every 1–3 months. Homes near golf courses, construction or sprinklers usually need it more often. Seasonal homes typically schedule before arrival and after departure.

Do you clean windows when I'm not home?

Yes. Many of our clients are seasonal or travel often. We coordinate with your property manager, housekeeper or gate staff, and we send an update when the work is done.

Can you remove hard-water spots from my windows?

Light spotting usually comes off during a regular cleaning. Spots that have been baking on for months need restoration, which we also do. We'll tell you honestly which one your glass needs.

Are you insured?

Yes. SynthaGlass Restoration carries business liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance to your HOA, property manager or gate.

Do you work in gated and country club communities?

Yes. We regularly work in gated and country club communities across the valley and follow each community's access and work-hour rules.
